effect:
Itopride hydrochloride (itopride, trade name: Dailin) has a unique dual mechanism of action. By blocking dopamine-2 (D2) receptors and inhibiting acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity, it not only stimulates the release of acetylcholine, but also inhibits its degradation, thereby promoting gastrointestinal bimotility. Itopride is a gastrointestinal prokinetic drug with a different mechanism of action from existing drugs, providing a new option for the treatment of the aforementioned symptoms caused by gastrointestinal motility disorders.
use:
Itobi hydrochloride is used to treat various symptoms caused by functional indigestion, such as upper abdominal discomfort, postprandial fullness, early satiety, lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting, etc.
